Olympic Plumbing Technology is looking for a Plumbing Sales Supervisor to join our team in Olympia, WA.

What You’ll do:
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities related to plumbing products and services
- Drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute Plumbing Sales Plans
- Hire and train salespeople and technicians
- Motivate the team and set sales targets
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that it aligns with market trends and evolving customer needs
- Manage the sales budget and report on sales activity
- Identify areas for improvement and implement successful sales strategies
- Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people
- Travel for training and conferences
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of in-home plumbing sales experience
- Strong leadership experience with a solid work ethic
- A history of demonstrating excellence in team development, sales and customer service
- Experience in selling plumbing products and services
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to lead a technical team by providing leadership and mentorship
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, ServiceTitan a plus!
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Your ability to be dependable and a self-starter
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
- Goal and results driven
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test and background check
